I just wanted to say first of all that I am so excited for you - we did the dining plan for the first time this past September (B4 I "got" IBS post-surgery, so the eating was SOOOO good, but I digress..). I would definitely recommend the buffett at the African Lodge (lots of flatbreads, grilled fish, hummus) and the restaurant at the Polynesian Resort. I personally would love it if, when you get back, you let us know where/what you ate and how it worked for you b/c I know I will be going back someday !!! Have a wonderful time !
