Eating for severe constipation       05/19/10 07:40 AM Edit Reply Quote ibsKiller Reged: 05/13/10 Posts: 17 Hi guys Are any of you experiencing severe constipation i.e. weeks without bowel movments. ANYTHING I eat seems to constipate me severly. I have been eating just mangoes and rice and even that seems to cause severe blockages. I dont even get small bowel movements. Has anybody experienced this and have you found a way to correct it? btw is brown rice better then white rice for ibs-c? thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
