Here is a link. The calcium and sodium caseinates IMO would only be triggers for those extra sensitive to dairy. I am thinking that form of casein is even less dairy than when it says plain casein. I think it is a calcium source that originally comes from milk and has pretty much no milk left unless you have a dairy allergy and would sense it.
The soy protein may be hard to tolerate though.
