allergies and IBS.       04/21/10 01:29 PM Edit Reply Quote sheila dawson Reged: 03/24/04 Posts: 14 Loc: CANADA I supposedly am allergic to dairy and sugar ( i say supposedly because i have no reaction to these foods that show), Interesting though, that that these are IBS trigger foods. I only react to cottage cheese, yogurt and ice cream however these are the only ones, I tried an Activia today after filling up on ibs safe foods and still felt a reaction, I wanted to try one because it is supposed to help regulate the digestive system.
