Blueberries contain IF in the seeds and skins which can be a trigger. I am IBS-D and I cannot eat them at all even with a good soluble fiber base.

Berries are an individual thing so you will likely have to try them - a small amount at a time - in order to see how they are for you.

* Cook them, puree them, add to soluble fiber, etc. Follow the insoluble fiber rule here. -nt-
