Pregnant and having abdominal spasms       04/08/10 07:55 AM Edit Reply Quote Sweetd Reged: 07/13/04 Posts: 782 Loc: NY I'm 13 weeks pregnant and this is my first bout with ibs since I've become pregnant. I've been feeling great as of today. I had some really bad abdominal spasms this morning. I took some Mylanta liquid (since my ob said it was safe to take) and I've been fine since I took it, but I'm wondering if I should call my ob and let her know that I've been having these pains even though they've subsided.
