I was stable all winter, and the day I had a bad upset, was the day we had a sudden spike in pollen. And subsequent upsets since then were right after days with high counts when I was outside. This was happening before I even started checking the pollen forecast. I'm almost certain my seasonal allergies and IBS-d symptoms are linked.
