Funny thing, I went to a web site today that gives a view of the pollen counts over the last 30 days. I was stable all winter, and the day I had a bad upset, was the day we had a sudden spike in pollen. And subsequent upsets since then were right after days with high counts when I was outside. This was happening before I even started checking the pollen forecast. I'm almost certain my seasonal allergies and IBS-d symptoms are linked. The question now is how to treat it
