If the dorms allow it, I would strongly suggest getting a little mini-fridge for your room, and making space on some shelves for non-perishable items that are safe for you. That way you don't have to rely on the dining halls all the time if you just want something simple and safe. Some colleges have kitchens (with fridges) on each floor, so you could store food there, too, if you want. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
