Concerned about long term use of Fibercon, should I switch to Acacia?

Hi there. I've been using generic fibercon aka calcium polycarbophil for close to a year now. But I never realized how much calcium it actually has in it. I'm concerned this might be bad for the kidneys. I don't have kidney problems currently, but I do know excess calcium can cause stones, and I definitely don't want that.

Does anybody have any data on long term use of fibercon? Should I switch to acacia to be on the safe side?
