Visit your local Ss office or better yet, call them, and ask them to mail you the brochure on social security disability. You sound like you have enough hours and wages to be eligible. Age doesn't matter. My husband is on it right now until he gets better. He's self-employed and that doesn't make a difference. Your bosses sound like jerks. Let me know what happens.
