I agree with you, it is horrible to feel sick and it's even more upsetting to go from feeling great to feeling worse. Try to make yourself happy and do things you love, even if you aren't feeling that great. Tell yourself its ok not to feel good all the time and that it's not your fault. Thats what I do, if I eat something wrong and then feel sick, I tell myself it is ok and I focus on doing nice things for myself and things that make me happy. If your stomach is feeling bloated, tell yourself it is ok and that it is a part of your healing. You are trying to figure out what works for you and what doesn't and it may take time but the more time it takes the more you'll learn.
