I tried Metamucil and it blew my belly up like the goodyear blimp, and then tried citrucel and I had horrible cramps and diarrhea. Fibercon is great! Of course, everybody is different. Sounds like you are taking a lot of different things at once. It may be hard to pinpoint what the trigger/triggers are until you eliminate taking everything for a few days, then try adding them back one at a time.
