My IBS is flaring up so badly that even when I DON'T eat anything my stomach just cramps and cramps and cramps and I keep running to the bathroom. (I didn't think you could actually GO so many times!). Anything I can do? Anything? I'm getting so depressed because it's been so bad for the past 2 days. I'm doing the hypnotherapy and my anxiety is better but I can't get the IBS to stop. I got messed up timewise so I should be on day 31 but I'm only on day 26. Should I start over again?
