Re: Question About Meltonin and ZMA For IBS       02/28/10 11:02 AM Edit Reply Quote Naturapanic Reged: 02/16/06 Posts: 856 I currently take, and need, for anxiety+OCD Depakote-1500 mg Luvox-100 mg (really should be 150 or more) and just re-started gabitril-2 mg My sleep sux...I need help getting to sleep and I never get a straight sleep. I have constant interruptions during my sleep. We used to have Luvox at 200 and gab at 8...helped anxiety and ocd...but sleep was terrible. Had luvox down to 50 with no gab...and was on trazodone at 12.5-25 mg to help with sleep. Was better, I could sleep, but still had constant interruptions, morning grogginess. I've been on ambien (which wore off). I now am on 12.5 of traz plus just started 3 pills of ZMA per night. I think the ZMA might be giving me C.
