Medifast       02/23/10 02:00 AM Edit Reply Quote cjh Reged: 01/27/04 Posts: 18 Loc: Pennsylvania Has anyone had experience (good or bad) with Medifast? I started taking it in January and I'm at a complete standstill with all foods. My system is in a dire emergency, but all tests come back 'nothing wrong' as usual. I keep trying to get real food in me, but I've eaten so little in the past month, I'm getting scared. My entire body is in full inflammation mode; all the way down to my toes.
