thank you am really going to try its just hypno team spoke to Mr whorewell and he said for me to have goats soya high chemical protein and then ibs help diet team said have have soya am going to talk with him tomorrow face to face i no this will sound still but if i don't start to get some were soon am really going to do something silly cos i cant cope the best time i ever had was in jamaica this year i was great i never ate much but i had the best 2 weeks ever
