I eat my bananas when brown spots appear....but I've always been a** backwards too so I may be the exception.I also can't do soy products but have no problem with dairy,icecream being the exception for me.
I love yogurt and have started taking Activia,I'm going to try their "14 days to regularity" to see how it works.I have also taken acidophilous(good bacteria) in pill form,3 at each meal but I really enjoy yogurt so that is that route I am trying right now.You should try the pills though if you are avoiding dairy.
