Funny, I was actually thinking that it could be a "poop deficit," though I hadn't thought of that creative term! I guess I just didn't think I could be in this much pain unless I had been constipated for days. I hope that is all it is. I'm a little afraid to take a stool softener because I have a long commute (1.75 hrs). I am off Wednesday, though, so maybe I'll try that when I get home tomorrow.
