Re: Lomotil vs. Librax?       01/30/10 02:00 PM Edit Reply Quote skh Reged: 08/05/09 Posts: 151 i am taking librax and it has helped my d alot. i have not been on lomotil. i sometimes still have urgency though...i have used immodium at times when i'm nervous about going out to eat. i feel like the acacia and the librax have really helped me...i even cut back to 3 a day instead of 4 b/c they seemed to cause slight constipation..which i was happy about vs D..
