IBS attack       01/20/10 02:33 PM Edit Reply Quote Megan29 Reged: 02/22/09 Posts: 19 Ok, for the last two nights i have IBS attacks and I don't know how to break the cycle. I had just eaten a bowl of rice chex and THAT set me off. Any tips on how to eat when my stomach is rebelling against everything and my abdomen is very sore.
