Good morning. Thank you so much for answering my post. Honestly, I believe that my main problem is the ibs-d. I take 4 lialda (mesalamine) a day for the crohns-colitis. Id like to ask you, with the diet limits you have, what do you eat? I had an allergy test done, and yeast was high on the list. I gave up red meat long ago. Popcorn, corn, peanuts, or anything with seeds is also a no-no. Gluten free has not been easy, but so far im stickin to it. I eat a lot of chicken, pork, fish, and potatos. Im really having a problem figuring out why the problem persists. I think I miss my sandwiches and sweets the most  Did you take any probiotics? I do take Digest Advantage IBS.
