Will this diet work for me?       01/18/10 01:44 PM Edit Reply Quote dean4 Reged: 09/07/09 Posts: 4 Loc: federal way wa. Hi everyone. Im not new to the board, but havent posted in a long time. I have been diagnosed with crohns-colitis, IBS-D, Gerd, and have a hiatal hernia. I seem to be in a vicious cycle with diet. What is good for 1 may bother the other, and so on. I have put myself on a gluten free diet and it has helped some. I am wondering if heathers diet suggestions, and products are something i should look into. Does anyone know if it will help, since I have more than one chronic condition? I would really appreciate any suggestions Hope everyone is having a symptom free day!
