Please chill. I wasn't saying you were stupid. We had very fervent discussions on FI a couple years back and I was referring to that when I said 'believe me we discussed it! '
I'm sorry you didn't learn it could help you sooner. That's how people feel when they find out about GI too. However IBS without any 'sides' is the most common and those folks have only needed the basic EFI plan. Those with GI or FI need to adapt it slightly.
