Well Little Minnie, guess I am just stupid then. I have been reading this boards for years on and off, only recently with Syl's posts have I heard all that much about fructose. Im sure it was mentioned before, I dont read all the posts. All I know, is I look up foods that are listed as safe, and so many foods I thought were safe are actually not becuase of the excess fructose. I just wish I figured it out sooner. For someone who still is trying to figure out the whole diet thing, it is not very clear. That's all i was saying.
