I live in Canada too. I find I can't order anything online either. It's so pricey for me too. You can get peppermint oil capsules at health food stores, fennel tea in bulk at some stores like Superstore ( they sell it in big bags) and that's all I can find. I have to use mint tea from a box and there are no fiber supplements that I can find like Acacia sadly.
