If a Candida overgrowth is the problem for your IBS-C, drinking rice milk will only make it worse. I too used to try drinking rice milk, soy milk etc.... only to find I felt terrible afterwards. It was not until I understodd that candida was the cause did I start my way to recovery. Rice milk will "feed" Candida.
