IBS Safe Online Shopping?       01/02/10 10:20 AM Edit Reply Quote Windchimes Reged: 09/05/09 Posts: 581 Loc: Northern California I'm wondering if some of you would be willing to share some of your favorite online shopping places for some of the specialty ingredients. This would include which specific products you like at a given site, and have used successfully. I am a senior single woman living in a rural area, and we simply cannot purchase much of anything locally that is appealing to one's palate and safe for some of the great recipes on this site. My food budget is restricted by my fixed and limited income. That's a bummer.. so I'm essentially looking for the biggest bang for my grocery buck!
