I eat low carb during the day and leave high carbs for evening time when I want to snack. A few low fat potato chips, a motza with peanut butter and homemade rasberry jam and chocolate sauce a slice of homemade sourdough toast are my snacks For years, I couldn't eat peanut butter. A couple of years afer I started serious dietary management I found I could handle a teaspoon or so of pure PB - no added fat or other additives - about once a day.
