Re: Sick and Tired of Being Bloated From Overeating       12/26/09 01:45 PM Edit Reply Quote Naturapanic Reged: 02/16/06 Posts: 856 The most frustrating thing is that I have no clue what to have as a snack, especially my after-dinner snack. If I could eat yogurt or nuts, I would be fine. I can't and I can not tolerate peanut butter. So instead I end up having leftovers from dinner (which bloat me, as it is too filling) or one of Heather's safe cereals (which too leads to overeating and future hunger). It would be nice if there was something to have as a snack BESIDES carbs which lead to being more hungray. Any suggestions since I can't handle nuts or PB? What is a good, safe, appetite supressing snack. Appleasauce does not cut it...high Glycemic Index.
