Sick and Tired of Being Bloated From Overeating       12/26/09 01:14 PM Edit Reply Quote Naturapanic Reged: 02/16/06 Posts: 856 I am so tired of having a huge, inflated stomach that can't clear out. I'd like to know what I can do about this, as it is incredibly frustrating. The worst part is I do not know what to eat as snacks/sides. The only thing this site says to do is have solubale fiber...but all that does is make you more hungray. It would be helpful if there were things I could have with breakfast/lunch/and as snacks/before bed that would help quinch hunger and keep the metabolic going. Having white bread just exaberates the need to eat again. Any suggestions? What can I have? Breakfast: -Instant Oatmeal -______________? Lunch: -Snadwich -Baked Chips Dinner: -All set Meal Before Bed: -Usual ceral (which again too much carbs) -------------------- IBS-C and Bloating Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
