I am a small person, not overweight, I eat healthy, exercise and because of family history I have high cholosterol. My father had triple bipass surgery in his 50's. I do not take this mediction to make my doctor happy. I take it to avoid possible heart problems in the future. My IBS has been stable for several years now. I follow Heathers diet and take acadia. These changes made a world of difference in my life. We are all different and what worked or didn't work for you may work or not work for someone else.
