Okanagan Soy Cheese       11/28/09 11:19 AM Edit Reply Quote Windchimes Reged: 09/05/09 Posts: 581 Loc: Northern California One of the things on my 'To Do' list was to search sources for Okanagan soy cheese, something Heather recommended that is a tasty soy cheese that actually melts in cooking. Well I managed to find their website: www.okcheese.com/ While a Canadian based business with some outlets in the upper NW (Washington, Oregon), it does appear that they may ship cheese elsewhere directly from their processing plant. I followed their instructions to Customer Service for obtaining their products where they are not available locally to me in California. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will ship! If you also want good, tasty soy cheese that actually melts, you might want to give this website a go!
