Re: rhodiola, two different naturopaths have prescribed it for me. Here is the one I'm taking - from the description, sounds pretty good!
I went through a very bad patch in the past couple of months that I think I'm finally getting out of. The fact that my IBS was getting worse, not better, caused a lot of fear/anxiety/panic/desperation - which I'm sure just made the IBS worse. I feel I'm finally over the worst of it, and while I can't pin down exactly what allowed me to move past it, maybe this stuff shelped. Still in pain but no longer in a panic about it.
