My husband and I use this all the time to make tacos. I've never had a problem with it...unless my reflux is acting up, but ANY taco type dinner could do that! Hope that helps! It's very cost effective too, b/c we get quite a few taco dinners out of that bottle. I like the ground turkey with taco seasoning and some soy cheddar cheese in a soft tortilla! yum!
