I remember I was going through a really bad few months, so sick every day, no matter what. I finally said to hell with it and had a big mac, fries, and a coke from McDonalds, and I felt better than I had in months. But it doesn't always work that way, and in fact it often doesn't. I don't know the answer. But if you were relaxed and happy and not worrying so much about what the food would do to you, that may have something to do with it.
