slippery elm and d?       10/29/09 09:21 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I read a little about slippery elm with a search..but I couldn't find much..I have d but not actual diarreah..formed bms,small round,really long and kinda thin,or large ones all the time..If I already have alot of mucus because of ibs,like sometimes I release gas and it comes out or somethings I think I have to use the toilet and its a clump of mucus that comes out..WOuld slippery elm still be useful for me to take?
