I read one of Sarno's books about healing back pain and it helped tremendously. Once you get in to see the dietician and also progess to alternative approaches to heal yourself, well you can't do much better than that. Good luck! I think I am going to read that book, since I read his first one and found it to be helpful. You know there is a local sportscaster who had chronic back pain and had tried everything. He started to experience the pain after the birth of his son. He picked up Sarno's book on back pain and is well today. I just happened to catch his story one night on the local news.
