Ladies - Maybe it's because I'm older and have been through more, or maybe it's because I haven't been around and am jumping in the middle of something... Whatever it may be 1) why would you critize someone for using the word pitied - have you never pitied anyone, or been pitied - it's not a disgrace, it would be an insult not to "pity" someone. Webster's definition:Quote:
sympathetic sorrow for one suffering, distressed, or unhappy, something to be regretted Synonyms pity, compassion, commiseration, condolence, sympathy mean the act or capacity for sharing the painful feelings of another. pity implies tender or sorrow for one in misery or distres.
This is a bad thing? As for D being worse than C - I had C every day for over 15 years, then off and on every time I had a flare for another 15. Then it switched to C and eventually A - if you haven't been C, then don't "diss" it:-) I wouldn't wish either on anyone - don't have any enemies I'm aware of.. BUT, C is not to be lightly thought of - it is a royal pain in the butt - excuse the pun But, it's not that you just can't "go" - it's painful stomach/abdominal spasms, gas/bloating from head to toe, even in your back, leg cramps, straining, but to no avail, hemmies, bleeding, fear that you have a blockage... So, other than, as you said, the problems with leaving the house - I would say they are pretty equal. We're all in this together to support one another, right? Blessings!
