I had white bread toast for my breakfast - and ive just had pasta with pesto and pine nuts for lunch - im not getting cramping in my tummy :O( i have had enough it just seems ot be when im eating - is this because im so stressed at the moment or something im doing wrong :O( please please help im so low right now -------------------- ibs for 8 years x Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
