Re: Suggestions for breaking a fast?       10/02/09 06:55 PM Edit Reply Quote Borrelli Reged: 03/22/09 Posts: 60 This probably isn't the best site for finding an answer to your question as they're pretty "anti-fasting" around these parts but i have tried fasting with juice only before and had no problems comming off the juice with processed food like apple souce, yogurt, pudding and soup for a few days before eating any whole food.
