I can buy peppermint tea anywhere, and usually have to use two bags of other brands to get it strong enough, but one of Heather's tea bags is perfect. I have been having it as my first cup in the morning and refill it until afternoon. After about a month of having it first thing in the morning, I noticed a decrease in urgency and spasm in the mornings. I am not sure if this is solely due to the tea because I made a few other changes around the same time. I also use the acacia, 2 Tbs in soy yogurt in the a.m. and 2 more Tbs in water later in the day. every time I say I am doing better I have episodes but have been a little more stable lately.
