Hi - FYI: Bonnie told me about a WW site that is really very helpful with the points that WW uses with baking and cooking, like flour, sugar, oils, etc. It also has liquid and dry measures and lots of other stuff that I probably haven't seen yet. I believe they also have message boards for questions. I'm going to visit there this weekend.
