I am currently taking Metagenic's UltraFlora plus, after I took a course of Prouboulardi. I don't know if you've heard of either of those probiotics, but they were recommended to me by a physician. I definitely think they have helped me

And as far as IF is concerned, I don't think that's a problem for me. Its hard to say for sure, but I can't remember having a bad reaction to a food with IF in it.

Interestingly enough, the EFI diet also says fat is a big culprit. Recently I've been increasing my intake of healthy fats (eating flax seed, nuts, some oils), and I'm feeling even better
