Hello, it sounds like you are doing everything right food wise, why don't you try exercising. I am a runner, and I know without running, I wouldnt be able to survive IBS. I have it pretty bad also, and there is hardly anything I can eat without some pain. Even on those horrible days, I make myself go out for a run and 98% of the time I come back feeling so much better. Even walking may help. If not your stomach, it will defineltely make you feel better about yourself. Well, hope you feel better, dont give up hope.
