Re: Motofen vs. Lomotil       09/07/09 07:05 AM Edit Reply Quote Sandyg Reged: 09/13/04 Posts: 403 I have taken both and found that Motofen was a little stronger and helped me more as far as controlling my urgency and frequency. It was not manufactured in my area (NJ) though for some reason and I was unable to get it anymore. I got by with Lomotil and now I take Lotronex, the smallest dose and find it works well for me. I hope it's not forever but I have my mornings back and get out of the house much earlier! If you have a lot of D and/or urgency/frequency, I'd give Motofen a try if you can get it.
