I was told that certain spices, specifically ginger, rosemary, and tumeric, have an antiinflammatory and calming effect on the GI tract.
I've heard before that ginger is very good for digestion. I'm not crazy about its taste (burns my throat a little bit), but if itll help, ill eat it

I know Heather advocates peppermint and fennel. Personally, peppermint makes my symptoms worse (calms my stomach but also causes bloating), and I have never tried fennel (its not easy to find).

So, do you guys use herbs/spices? In what form (tea, on food, etc)?
