Yes, I my symptoms are the same - they never stop, day and night. I thought I was constipated as well but last year the gatro I was seeing said it was pseudo diarrea. I have taken miralax but it did not help. I take 2 tablespoons of psyllium after each meal and this seems to give me the "push power" to have 3 to 5 bms usually in the early a.m. The other sfs including acacia do not work well for me.
