IT IS NOT SPRING WATER. It is made by a sodapop company and, to the best of my knowledge, it is filtered tap water. It tastes awful. Just one sip makes me nauseated. Even my friends who don't have IBS can't stand it. Please do not recommend this water to anyone, especially those with IBS. My apologies for being so harsh, but I see this water being sold everywhere and I can't figure out how there could be so many palateless people who can't taste how bad this water is.
