Yes. Mine does not like being empty, tho my appetite is often completely absent. Doesn't take much to make the tummy be quiet for awhile, tho. If I'm home, maybe a couple of slices of sourdough toast or a small bowl of Coach's Oats. If I'm out, then, well... usually when we're out, we've eaten out, so when out? not too much problem, other than a little gas. Sometimes I'll put a couple of slices of sourdough bread in my 'pack' (I go nowhere without it, has personal bathroom stuff in it, and some small food items), or a piece of pita. We often stop to have frozen yogurt, but I don't know if that would be anything you'd have access to, or if you could handle it. Everyone is so different with dairy, tho most of the yogurt shops have non-dairy offerings. For me, the bread is the most portable/easiest/fastest remedy.
