I don't know about the cancer rates there, but if there are low as you state, maybe it has to do with something besides soy. Why do you automatically assume it's the soy? It could be many things or a combination of many things. I do know for women who are going through menopause, and have their hormones checked, and are estrogen dominant, soy is not a good idea. This was recommended to my Mom also. I just choose to avoid it, number one because I hate the taste, and number two because I don't feel it is healthy. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
